Acciona Facility Services, needs to incorporate operations manager in Qatar.
- Leadership and coordination of the operations teams in the country for the adequate and efficient provision of the contracted services.
- Customer loyalty.
- Leadership of the coordination with the different functional areas of the company (Finance, HR, QHSE of the country ...) for the correct and optimal functioning of the company and everything under the compliance with established procedures.
- Active collaboration in business development: search for new opportunities and preparation of offers.
- Control and monitoring functions of AFS budget in the country, in coordination with the Director of the area.
- Management of the operations of the services in the country
- Minimum experience 5 years in a similar position and 10 years in the FM sector, preferably in hard services or other services with higher added value.
- Essential fluent English and valuable Arabic.
- Valuable experience in the GCC area.
- Valuable experience in large FM contracts and / or experience in commercial functions.
- Valuable experience in Oil & Gas sectors, other large industrial and / or infrastructure.
